Terms of Service — AXIO Kids

By creating an AXIO Kids account, you agree to these Terms of Service. AXIO Kids is intended for use by parents/guardians to manage their children's learning experience.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and add child profiles.

When you create an account, you agree that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of any child you add to your account
• You will provide accurate information about yourself and your child
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

AXIO Kids is designed for children ages 6-11. By adding a child profile, you confirm that:

• The child is between 6 and 11 years old
• You are the child's parent or legal guardian
• You consent to AXIO collecting learning data as described in our Privacy Policy

As a parent using AXIO Kids, you are responsible for:

• Supervising your child's use of the service as appropriate
• Ensuring your child uses the service appropriately
• Reviewing your child's progress and learning activity
• Managing your child's profile settings and data

You and your child agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share account credentials with others
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship to a child

All learning content, including problems, explanations, and visual materials, is owned by AXIO or our licensors. You may use this content only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes within the service.

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

You may delete your account at any time through the Parent Dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your child's learning data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

AXIO Kids is an educational tool and does not replace professional educational assessment or instruction. We are not liable for any educational outcomes or decisions made based on using our service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
