Privacy Policy

Information AXIO collects

Account information may include an email address, authentication credentials, display name, subscription records, device sessions, and notification settings.

Play information may include attempted problems, answers, hints, retries, solving time, skill evidence, progress, rewards, and session timestamps.

AXIO records School alignment and School system settings. No demographic profile is required in the normal product flow.

How AXIO uses information

AXIO uses information to run the service, select curriculum skills, adapt challenge and support, save progress, provide reports, manage subscriptions, prevent misuse, and improve the product.

Connected accounts appear in the subscription owner's Progress view while the connection is active.

Public-site measurement

AXIO may use optional analytics and advertising tags on public and pre-payment pages after the applicable privacy choice. These tags measure page views, referrals, campaign attribution, and conversion performance.

Optional marketing tags do not run on play routes. AXIO does not send answers, solved work, skill evidence, progress, or account display names to marketing platforms.

Service providers

Hosting, database, authentication, payment, analytics, and support providers may process information for AXIO under contractual and security controls. AXIO does not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

AXIO retains account and progress information while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect service integrity. Account deletion requests are processed under the applicable retention policy.

Releasing a connected account does not delete that account or its progress.

Choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. Optional tag choices can be changed in Cookie settings.

AXIO applies additional privacy controls where required by law.

Security

AXIO uses access controls, encryption in transit, protected authentication sessions, and operational safeguards designed to protect information.
