Agreement

By creating or using an AXIO account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you cannot enter this agreement yourself, an authorized person must do so for you.

Accounts

• Provide accurate account information and protect sign-in credentials.
• Use only accounts and devices you are authorized to use.
• Notify AXIO of suspected unauthorized access.

Connected accounts

A paid subscription includes the owner account and two connected-account seats. Each account keeps independent progress.

Connected accounts appear in the subscription owner's Progress view while the connection is active. Releasing a connection does not delete the account or its progress.

Subscriptions

Subscription price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation, and any trial or promotion are shown before purchase. Platform purchases may also be subject to the platform's terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use AXIO for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service.
• Do not share access tokens, activation codes, or connection codes publicly.
• Do not copy or redistribute AXIO content except as permitted by law.

Learning content

Problems, explanations, stories, visuals, and other materials are owned by AXIO or its licensors and are provided for personal educational use. AXIO does not replace professional educational assessment or instruction.

Availability and termination

AXIO may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Accounts that breach these Terms may be restricted or terminated. You may request account deletion at any time.

Changes and contact

AXIO may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes where required. Questions can be sent to legal@axio.study.
