Watch: Watch whether the learner uses the permission for inside junctions and submits one total cost rather than one road length. A response of 300 shows a three-side tree; 283 shows both diagonals.
Misread: Learners may read a junction as another city, connect as draw every side, or answer in kilometres instead of millions of dinars. The fixed unit suffix and wrong-answer diagnostic separate noun, action, and answer-owner misreads.
Curriculum: This is an enrichment geometry-optimization task: compare connected straight-line networks, use the 120° Steiner-junction structure, total distinct segments, convert a unit rate, and round the global minimum. The scored skill is one unit-correct rounded cost, not a construction.
